Our Team
Kaitzev (Kai) Wei
Kaitzev (Kai) Wei, MST (Master of Science in Taxation in 2004), MS (Master of Science in 1983), is an Enrolled Agent (Licensed Tax Preparer), Certified Financial Planner? , Certified College Planning Specialist, Certified Specialist in Retirement Planning, Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Chartered Mutual Funds Counselor, Accredited Asset Management Specialist. He held life and health insurance licenses too.
Mr. Wei was a Controller/Financial Director for various organizations for fifteen years and was a part time College Accounting instructor for six years. He had also worked for the largest tax software developing company for five years. During that five years period, he worked on retirement, investment and major tax credits related tax forms and schedules.
Currently Mr. Wei is the President of Financial & Taxation Services, Inc. and also the President of Wealth Building Strategies Company (which provides the personal financial planning services). His Financial & Taxation Services, Inc. does individual, partnership, corporate, LLC, LLP, etc. tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll services and provides education, retirement and estate planning, etc. all year round. Mr. Wei also has accounting and tax (corporation & partnership taxes, and tax planning course for CFP®) teaching assignments at various college and universities after the tax season.
What make Kaitzev unique is that he is interested in competency, not diplomas. The education he received not only develops and cultivates his mind but also improves his strategic and critical thinking skills. Kaitzev is able to see the multiple layers of a problem. He is able to exam a problem from various angles. He believes that complicated situations will often to be resolved by complicated solution.
Nancy Yang
Nancy Yang, CPA, MBA, Certified QuickBook Pro Advisor, is a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts. She earned her MBA from Boston University. She has been an Accounting Manager at a CPA firm over 20 years. Each year Ms. Yang works with over 1,700 individual clients and more than 700 business clients (Newton and Norwood offices combined) regarding to accounting, auditing, tax, financial, business and software issues, etc. She has extensive experience in preparing of corporate, partnership, fiduciary and personal tax returns and the development of accounting systems for all types of small business.
